individuals featured in sites which are members of the Adult Answer
System are 18 years of age or older, Adult Answer does not allow
sites which feature any illegal content. If any site is deemed to be
unacceptable for this or any other reason it will be removed from the
System without prior warning.
If any member
of the Adult Answer System breaks any law, civil or criminal, Adult
Answer will, when informed, act accordingly and banish the site in
question and/or pass on any information/data required to the relevant
authorities in question.
Whilst we use
our best efforts to maintain the integrity of the Adult Answer
System, from time to time a member site may temporarilly or
permamently become off-line. Adult Answer cannot be held responsible
for this as we do not host or update the sites in question, but we
will remove any site which has been off-line for a significant period.
Adult Answer
does NOT produce adult material and the suitability of said material
on sites is the responsibility of the webmaster who produces and/or
provides it. If it is deemed to be unsuitable we will investigate and
act accordingly, any unlawful material will result in the site being
terminated from the system as described earlier, but any material
deemed to be unsuitable according to the tastes of an individual will
not necessarily be removed if it is deemed to be lawful. Any member
of the Adult Answer System must be 18 years of age or more to join
and must be aware of the type of material stored within the Adult
Answer System and therefore use his discression to view material to
his particular tastes and levels of adult content.
