Terms and
Conditions for the Adult Answer System
The Adult Answer
System is an Age Verification System which makes it possible for
Adult and Glamour sites to ensure that only adults enter their sites
on a subscription basis. We cannot be held responsible for any minors
using others card details to gain access, this is solely the
responsibility of the card owner.
Adult Answer is a
subscription service which involves an individual buying an ID to
access all sites in the System, however the ID is purchased on the
understanding that it is solely for the use of the purchaser. Any ID
which is used by more than one individual or from more than 4 IP
points in a certain amount of time will be cancelled without refund.
To post any Adult Answer System ID on any newsgroup, site, forum or
other public access area is therefore not permitted and will result
in the immediate termination of the ID without refund. As this would
lead to multiple use of a single use subscription product it is
classed as fraud and will be dealt with as such.
Adult Answer cannot be
held responsible for any webmaster in the System who changes the
content of their website after acceptance to anything which is deemed
unacceptable. Once Adult Answer have been informed of such practices
the site will be visited and investigated, and if deemed to no longer
be suitable for the program, will be removed.
Adult Answer expects
people who purchase an ID to be well aware of the content that these
sites can contain, ie adult material. We cannot be held responsible
for anyone being offended by any such material when it has been made
clear at every point that Adult Answer sites are of this description.
Any Webmaster joining
the Adult Answer System to become a registered site is bound by
certain terms and conditions not relevant to subscribers alone
explained below.
Any webmaster will be
responsible for their own content, if content is added later and is
proven to be illegal in any way, breaches any international law or
copyright it is the legal responsibility of the webmaster, not Adult
Answer. Once this is brought to our attention we will investigate any
claims thoroughly and act accordingly, and if the site is found to be
in breach of any code of practice or law we will suspend the account
and freeze all monies, also terminating the site membership in the
Adult Answer System.
Any Webmaster
providing content already protected by any password gateway must
provide a pass for an Adult Answer representative to gain entry in
order to assess the suitability of the site.
Any Webmaster can have
multiple sites listed in the Adult Answer System and be paid in a
single transfer, there is no limit to how many sites can be owned and
maintained by an individual or company.
Any Webmaster is
allowed to be protected by any number of other AVS systems and we
will not reduce any payment to any webmaster using multiple 'Gateways'.
Any Webmaster is
responsible for the maintenance and updating of their own sites, not
Adult Answer. Any site offline for more than 7 days after it is
reported to us will be seen as non functional and if after attempts
to contact the Webmaster responsible we still cannot do so, the site
will be removed from the Adult Answer System.
A Webmaster promises
to provide accurate data on the registration process and any attempt
to conceal or alter their identity will be seen upon as a breach of
trust and the application will be terminated.
A Webmaster can expect
to receive a clear $10 per signup from their site with no hidden fees
whatsoever, all credit card fees and other processing fees are paid
by Adult Answer.
